Morini Group srl based in Via Della Resistenza, n.54 - 74015 Martina Franca (TA) - Italy, P. IVA IT 03125090732 - Taranto Business Register n. 03125090732 - REA TA-194249, makes available to all users the possibility to buy through the Internet a selection of items (hereafter "Products") through the website www.ogomondo.it (hereafter "Site") of which Morini Group srl is the sole and exclusive owner.


The confirmation and sending of the order by the customer (by "Customer" means the user of the website www.ogomondo.it who accesses the e-commerce check-out), according to the instructions that from time to time will appear on the web pages, involves the viewing and full acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the Customer. The sales contract between Morini Group srl and the Customer is intended to be finalized with the acceptance of the order by Morini Group srl.

If the Customer is a consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Article 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/99 on distance sales.

Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, as the non-acceptance of the order or the non-authorization of the payment transaction do not result in costs borne by the customer.


The Customer can purchase only the products in the online catalog at the time of the order forwarding and can be viewed online at www.ogomondo.it as described in the relevant information sheets.

The order will be validly processed at the time of receipt on the e-mail inbox communicated by the Customer of the confirmation of the order and the authorization to charge the Price and the transport costs, as best provided for in the following art.5.

The image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the figure. All the information supporting the purchase is to be understood as a simple generic information material, not related to the real characteristics of a single product.

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Morini Group srl through an email response, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will show the date and time of receipt of the order and a customer order number to be used in any further communication with the Customer Service of Morini Group srl. The message repropurs all the data entered by the Customer, any information relating to the essential characteristics of the asset, the indication of the price, the methods of payment, the methods and costs of delivery and the applicable taxes. The Customer must verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, in the manner described in this document.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, Morini Group srl guarantees timely communication to the Customer.


The products will be sold at the prices indicated in the online product sheet at the time of confirmation of the order by the Customer. The costs for delivery are borne by the Customer and will appear on the cart page before completing the payment. Before the Customer confirms the order by clicking on the appropriate payment button on the dedicated web page, a summary of the prices of the products uploaded to the cart, taxes, and delivery costs will appear. This data will then be automatically reproduced in the order receipt that Morini Group srl sends to the Customer following the order confirmation procedures.


For each order accepted and placed, Morini Group srl issues a sales receipt or invoice to the Customer. Morini Group srl also issues an invoice to the Customer who requests it on the web page, before completing the purchase. The invoice will be sent by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to art 14 D.P.R. 445/2000. For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issue of the same.


The Customer can make the payment by Credit Card/Prepaid by means of PayPal account and by advance bank transfer. With regard to payments with PayPal or Credit Card/Prepaid, at the same time as the order by the Customer, the PayPal circuit will authorize the commitment of the amount related to the order placed on the PayPal account or on the Customer's credit/prepaid card. In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, in the manner defined in the following Article 6, Morini Group srl will return the amount previously charged excluding the shipping costs already incurred.

At no time during the purchase procedure is Morini Group srl able to know the information related to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection and no computer archive of Morini Group srl will retain such data.


In accordance with Art. of legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree-Law. 21.02.14 n° 21 (the "Consumer Code"), if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase with a VAT registration reference), he is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty within 14 days of receipt of the purchased Product.

Morini Group srl,to protect its customers, allows instead toexercise this right, within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, by means of a written notice of withdrawal addressed to the address servizioclienti@ogomondo.it

Once the aforementioned withdrawal notice has been received, morini group srl's Customer Service will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods. The consumer must return the Product(s) by delivering it directly to the seller or to a third party authorized by the seller to receive them, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which he has informed the seller of his willingness to withdraw from the contract.

The direct shipping costs related to the return of the Product are borne by the Customer.

The purchased Product must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all accessories and any spare parts, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc...) at the following address:

The Customer may manipulate the Product in order to determine its nature, characteristics and operation but is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product resulting from a manipulation other than the strict necessary for this purpose.

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, he will be reimbursed for all payments he has made to Morini Group srl,excluding delivery andmarking costs, and this at the time when the Product has been returned to morini group srl warehouse. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.


All products sold by Morini Group srl are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty pursuant to Dlgs 206/05. In order to receive warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt of the order confirmation that he has received by email.

The exercise of the Guarantee may provide for the request for assistance to authorized service centers present in the territory and/or follow the methods described in the documentation present in the packaging of the product.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs, if incurred by Morini Group srl.

Replacements in case of product not working on delivery take place only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. The replacement or possible repair times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.

In the event that, for any reason, Morini Group srl is unable to return to its customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced) it may proceed at its own discretion to the return of the amount paid taking into account the use of the asset or its replacement with a product of equal or higher characteristics.

The repair times or possible replacement of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be requested from Morini Group srl for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the asset must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product must be avoided.

The Customer will be provided with an authorization number for the return of the product that must be indicated outside the packaging, following the indications provided directly in the relevant authorization e-mail


We hereof inform you that, pursuant to and for the effects of Article 13 of legislative decree 30.06.2003 no. 196 and Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the personal data that will be provided by the Customer to Morini Group srl are processed by the same, with also automated methods, for inclusion in the customer archive and are necessary for the possible conclusion of a contractual relationship and for subsequent civil, fiscal and managerial obligations. The data may also be used for statistical extrapolations and commercial and promotional communications, without prejudice to the Customer's right to communicate at any time the desire to no longer want to receive such communications.

The provision of data is optional but in the absence of it will result in the impossibility of entering into a sales contract and therefore accepting the order.

We inform you that, in relation to the provisions of art. 7 of the Aforementioned Dlgs. the Customer will have, among other rights, to obtain:

- confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them;

- the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of any data processed in violation of the law;

- updating, rectification or integration of data.

This contract is governed by Italian law.

For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this Agreement, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his municipality of residence; in all other cases the territorial competence is exclusively that of the Forum of Taranto.
