Return and refund

RETURN AND PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Morini Group srl allows you to make the replacement of the product or the return of the purchased goods no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Morini Group srl will make the collection produced at home, or at an agreed address, by express courier, which will have the task of returning the package to the Morini Group s.r.l. warehouse - Via della Resistenza, 52/58 - 74015 Martina Franca (TA) - Italy

To request the return, change or replacement, the Customer must contact the Customer Service by email at the address servizioclienti@ogomondo.it communicating:

- the references of the order

- items to be changed/replaced/returned

- reasons for the request

- IBAN on which to credit the refund (only in the event that the payment of the original order has been made by Bank Transfer, in other cases the refund takes place directly in the PayPal account or credit/prepaid card)

The REGISTERED Customer can request the return, or replacement directly from his Account and can also verify the status of his return request and the relative return shipment to the Morini Group srl warehouse.

The shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer. The customer will receive from the Customer Service an email confirming the acceptance of the return request containing all the indications to pack and ship the product correctly. All products must be returned intact (without signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, scratches, deformations, etc.), complete with all their elements and accessories, accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original packaging and packaging and the warranty certificate, where present.

As soon as the returned product arrives in the Morini Group srl warehouse and ascertains its original integrity, the customer will receive an email confirming that the package has been received. From that moment the sending of the new goods or the refund will be immediately processed.

The sending of the new goods, changed or replaced, is always at the expense of Morini Group srl.

REIMBURSEMENT AND TIMING

Once the returned product arrives in the warehouse of Morini Group srl and ascertains its complete integrity, the customer will receive by email confirmation that the package has been received and from that moment the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

If the customer paid for the original order with PayPal, Credit Card or Prepaid Card, the refund will be credited and will be visible on the customer's PayPal account or directly on the corresponding Credit/Prepaid Card account, respectively.

If the customer has paid for the original order by Bank Transfer, the refund will be credited by bank transfer to the IBAN that indicated the customer in the return request email addressed to our Customer Service.
